The process of changing my old car was made easier by buying from this Company. I was met with an old fashioned, friendly welcome. A fair price was given for my old car in part exchange, the new vehicle had been prepared nicely, and came with a full MOT and Valet. I had total peace of mind buying from this company. Would definitely buy again in the future.

A pleasant and genuine team. They had the vehicle I wanted and helped all the way to make the sale as easy as possible. They are not just 'sales' people, they are real enthusiasts with a real interest in cars. My experience was excellent and I certainly recommend Salter and Selby.

We found this company via Auto Trader & it was the best decision that we made. When we arrived, we were immediately greater by Tom & we had a rap our straight away due to a lot of familiarities, we agreed a price for our vehicle & for theirs & within 30 minutes we were leaving in our new car & the whole process felt like 10 minutes ( it was that smooth with great customer service ). When we left the premises a slight fault occurred with the vehiclexception, so we turned around & went back. On arrival back, we spoke to Tom again & he said he would arrange for it to be rectified first thing on the Monday morning ( as it was late on the Saturday afternoon that we purchased it ) & the garage was closed. Well, all I can say is phenomenal Customer Service, true to Tom's word - he arranged it for the first thing on the Monday morning & even called us numerous times to confirm the car was fine & to confirm that the repair was rectified & to our standard (bearing in mind it was a minute fault)

I bought a ford focus on the 3rd on January 2025 , the car was in excellent condition as advertised.When I got the car back to south wales I noticed there was a slight problem with the water pump got on the phone to Tom with no hesitation he said take it to a garage and he would pay for everything to be sorted, and to his word he paid with no questions asked, would definitely buy a vehicle off these dealers as they are true to their words

Purchase a car from salter and selby.Tom was honest and good at his job.We talked about a deal and agreed on on.Collected the car on the day and I was most impressed of how easy the change over was,with tom sorting all paperwork and getting the car taxed for me ready to go.I had a clutch problem after a few days and rang tom about.He told me to go to the ford dealership near to have sorted and he would pay the bill for repair (and promised he did ).Car now is great.I would recommend salter and selby ( tom and john) to anybody who wants a good and easy and honest deal Thanks. Will see you next time I need another car

I recently bought a Skoda Yeti from Tom at Salter & Selby.Tom was incredibly helpful and honest not pushy at all, the car was exactly as described and looked great.We found a cracked spring when getting new wheels fitted and aligned that was impossible to spot unless you had the wheels off and Tom covered the costs of the work instantly.I also got a good price on my part exchange.Would 100% recommend using Salter & Selby.

I would like to give a big thanks to John for helping me from start to finish for my purchase of a Volvo. No push salesman just good advice. I had a good deal with my part ex. Looking at their stock could of driven out with any of the cars and been happy.If i buy another car Salter and Selby place to go.
