AFTER SALES SERVICE

We are return customers with Salter & Selby. With the second car initial issues noted were addressed within the warranty period. Unfortunately a fault occurred outside warranty. The car was in a distant location where it had to be repaired locally. Following discussion with John, the issue was dealt with effectively and we were assisted financially to rectify it. This highlights the integrity of the company and we feel valued customers.

Good buying experience

We wanted a particular specification of car and therefore travelled from Norwich to Nottingham to see the car. As it was as described and what we wanted closed the deal and drove it away. Unfortunately, an unforeseeable fault developed (it is a 10 year old car) on the way home. I contacted Tom and we had the issue sorted, without any undue delay, locally, and at no cost to us. This, in my opinion, should be recognised an example of very fair trading. NB. Nothing to do with Salter & Selby. It took from 21 November until 9 January for DVLA to provide the V5C.
